Dillon has produced news and political satire TV in the Balkans, Central Asia and other TV in Kosovo. He oversaw the introduction of several waves of media consumption research in Kyrgyzstan that ushered in more transparent TV marketing practices. Dillon has worked in complex crises and post-conflict operations around the world with such organizations as the OSCE, UN, IOM and USAID.
